Software Cost
Every software downloadable from AboutMyX web site is free for both individual or commercial use. You do not
have to pay us any royalties.
Why is it free?
These software/services were initially created as testing projects for other applications developed
within our company. These small projects gradually grew into nice applications and we decided
to share them with other people. We did not spend any money specifically for creating these projects and therefore,
can offer them for free to other members of the IT community.
Why not make these projects open source?
Although, we did not spend money creating these projects they do use some components that are bundled with
commercial products. Therefore, we cannot open source these program until those commercial products are open sourced as well.
